We charge a flat fee so there’s no unexpected price bumps. We don’t mark up for subcontractor invoices and we don’t mark up materials, fixtures, or cabinetry. In fact, whenever we see an opportunity to pass along a trade discount, we do!

Remodeling Aid will manage every aspect of the project, and make sure that you are “In the loop.” You’ll have a dedicated construction calendar, and a ready reference binder to track every aspect of the project.
